By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
GreenRoutes aggregates and displays information about businesses including dispensaries. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Business details such as hours, addresses, phone numbers, pricing, and inventory may change without notice.
User-generated reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of GreenRoutes. We do not endorse any specific business, product, or service listed in the app.
While an account is not required to use GreenRoutes, if you choose to create one:
We reserve the right to refuse account creation or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant GreenRoutes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit all User Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines at our sole discretion.
All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and other materials comprising the GreenRoutes app and website are the exclusive property of GreenRoutes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of our Service without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GreenRoutes at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at DanielleTuper@GreenRoutes.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 12 — shall survive any termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GreenRoutes and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GreenRoutes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any business information displayed in the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of GreenRoutes following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
